Summary

Join FloQast as a strategic AI & Automation leader to drive execution and redefine how Sales and Marketing teams operate using AI, machine learning, and automation tools. This role initially focuses on designing and implementing AI and automation strategies to elevate sales and marketing effectiveness, with potential expansion into other areas. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop AI-powered solutions, scale adoption, and build organizational readiness. The position requires hands-on leadership in large-scale AI and automation transformations and deep understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue operations workflows. Location is in the Pacific Time Zone. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on leadership in large-scale AI and automation transformations
  • 5+ years of experience deploying AI/ML, RPA, and related technologies across GTM functions
  • 10+ years in tech or SaaS B2B environments
  • Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and revenue operations workflows
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Copilot, Zapier, UiPath, or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Lead deployment of AI/ML, generative AI, and RPA technologies (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zapier) to streamline GTM processes for example, sales workflows, lead qualification, content generation, campaign automation, and performance analytics
  • Collaborate with Business Systems, IT, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with existing tech stacks and data pipelines
  • Evaluate and manage AI/automation vendors and tools, overseeing pilots, feature enhancements, and adoption efforts
  • Translate complex business needs into scalable, technology-enabled solutions across customer journey touchpoints
  • Drive AI and intelligent automation initiatives to enhance GTM efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness
  • Build and manage a roadmap of high-impact use cases across the GTM ecosystem, with measurable success criteria and ROI
  • Act as a thought leader on “what’s possible” with AI, bringing innovative ideas and future-looking capabilities to the table
  • Partner with senior executives and business leaders to co-create initiatives and ensure strategic alignment

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred or equivalent experience)
