Summary
Join 3Cloud, Microsoft’s U.S. Partner of the Year, as their new Learning & Development Leader for AI Transformation! This newly created role will have you building a scalable enterprise AI learning and enablement strategy, designing role-based learning pathways using both internal and external platforms, and launching internal certification programs. You will also facilitate learning cohorts, measure learning adoption and business impact, and partner with various teams to embed learning into client work. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a related field, proven success building learning programs in tech-forward environments, and demonstrated collaboration skills. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in learning & development, talent development, or a similar field
- Proven success building and launching learning programs in fast-paced, tech-forward environments
- Experience with enterprise learning platforms and certification programs
- Demonstrated collaboration across business units and with executive stakeholders
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of AI products and platforms, including avid use of personal productivity tools
- Passion for AI, digital transformation, and developing talent
Responsibilities
- Build the Vision: Develop a scalable enterprise AI learning and enablement strategy aligned with 3Cloud’s business goals
- Design Role-Based Pathways: Create learning journeys by job family using both internal content and external platforms (e.g., Microsoft, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera)
- Deliver and Track Impact: Launch internal certification programs, facilitate learning cohorts, and measure learning adoption and business impact
- Integrate with the Business: Partner with Practice Leaders, Communities of Practice (COPs), and Delivery Teams to embed learning into client work
- Manage Partners: Oversee relationships with learning vendors and content providers
- Showcase Success: Participate in Town Halls and All Hands to celebrate AI learning milestones and promote stories of real-world application
- Measure Progress: Track metrics such as employee AI literacy, project-level AI usage, and the retention of technical talent
