Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engineering processes and practices that align with industry standards and company objectives
  • Lead the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across engineering teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency
  • Oversee the management of source control systems to maintain code integrity and facilitate version control
  • Implement SSDLC practices to ensure the security and quality of software throughout the development lifecycle
  • Work with the CTO and CPO to define key product development metrics and KPIs that accurately reflect team performance and project progress
  • Create and maintain a reporting cadence that provides clear, actionable insights to stakeholders and team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to integrate engineering operations with overall business strategy
  • Mentor and support engineering and product managers in process improvement and operational excellence
  • Participate in content preparation and narrative creation for Executive Leadership and Board of Director meetings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the aptitude to present complex information clearly
  • Familiarity with engineering tools and platforms such as JIRA, Git, Jenkins, etc
