Requirements
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience OR 1+ year of Enterprise sales leadership experience
- A consistent and measurable track record of success as an individual contributor that you can easily speak to and highlight, plus in good standing in your current role
- A deep understanding of complex Enterprise deals and solutions
- Demonstrated passion for hiring, developing, & coaching top sales talent
- A consistent track record of positive qualitative feedback related to fostering collaboration, mentorship, & impact outside of your direct role & territory
Responsibilities
- Meet (and exceed) revenue, operational, and strategic goals as well as foster the professional growth, development, and success of your team members
- Spend time coaching, counseling, and mentoring Account Executives in all aspects of sales and effectiveness
- Provide timely and practical feedback to senior leadership for new and interesting go-to-market strategies

- This role’s minimum On Target Earnings (“OTE”) is $256,000.00 USD annually. OTE is the sum of a fixed base salary plus incentives at target performance. Incentive compensation will vary based on performance. The minimum amount earned is the fixed base salary. Since the incentive plan is uncapped, this role has no maximum pay range
- Every Sprout team member has an opportunity to receive restricted stock units (RSUs) under Sprout’s equity plan
