Responsibilities

• Identify and create relationships with new prospective clients
• Effectively demonstrate the Fluency Platform to various stakeholders within a prospective client’s organization including but not limited to users, directors / managers, and executives
• Create compelling business cases for Fluency’s implementation within a prospective client’s organization
• Maintain an organized routine of follow-up and outreach to generate new business
• Close new business
• Travel to meet with prospective clients & industry events, up to 35 percent, but typically less
• Maintain a pipeline and communicate to Executives
• Be the voice of the customer for internal teams
• Contribute to onboarding guide/best practices
• Organize / Support / Drive efforts to fully onboard new clients
• Contribute to internal education related to the digital marketing landscape and strategies
• Communicate with Advertising Engineers to ensure smooth transition from client sale to launch
