Summary

The job is for a Channel and Alliances leader at Postman, a collaboration platform for API development. The person will set the vision and goals for their channels and alliances, design and build relationships with partners, and help develop an effective sales strategy. They will need 10+ years of experience in partnerships or business development, strong leadership skills, and experience working with cloud providers and resellers. The role is remote and offers a compensation range of $290,000 to $340,000 OTE, plus benefits such as medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Partnerships/business development/partner management/Alliances
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; thrives in dynamic, unstructured, and fast-paced environments
• Deep Experience working closely with Cloud Providers (Microsoft, Amazon, Google)
• Experience selling developer and/or technical products with a high preference of previous experience within the API market

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate the vision, goals, and KPIs for the Channel and Alliances you manage
• Design, Build and scale the relationship and GTM activities with your partners
• Help develop and execute an effective sales strategy designed to deliver on key business metrics
