In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering streamlined marketing systems and processes that drive efficiency and scalability. You will oversee campaign operations, funnel flow, marketing data, agile marketing management, web operations, and the martech stack. The ideal candidate will translate go-to-market priorities into operational initiatives, partner with key stakeholders, and drive transformations across people, processes, and technologies. Leading a small team, you will report to the VP, Global Demand & Operations. Requirements
- 8+ years B2B marketing ops leadership experience in high-growth SaaS companies
- Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, and Wordpress experience
- Experience in the transition from lead to account-based marketing
- Track record of streamlining lead and campaign operational efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment with great attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-borders, cross-functionally and collaborate with stakeholders in GTM operations, corporate operations, Sales and BDR management, and more
- Proactive and clear communication skills (written, verbal) to drive decision making, share progress and direct action
Responsibilities
- Design, roll-out and optimize funnel processes, procedures, and standards to maximize efficiency including lead (inquiry to MQL) and account (6QA) routing rules, lead flows, scoring models, and training and adoption
- Define and oversee the overall website performance strategy, leading and project managing critical web projects and builds, and reporting - working in close partnership with teams like Product Marketing, IT, and more
- Direct and manage technology selection, negotiation, implementation, integration, vendor relations, and user adoption and training
- Partner with Business Intelligence to ensure the team has the insight needed to make high quality, quick decisions
- Design and build dashboards around Web and Funnel performance for weekly actions, monthly and quarterly reporting to Marketing and GTM leaders
- Ensure quality assurance and efficient processes across campaign operations including email and landing page builds, webinar set up, form production, UTM usage, campaign tracking, list uploads, and more
- Define annual, quarterly and monthly priorities, and act as a critical partner to the VP of Global Demand and Operations and to the VP of GTM Operations
