Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- 11+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role, preferably in the technology/software industry
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and drive operational excellence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Extensive knowledge of sales processes, sales methodologies, and sales performance metrics
- Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting tools, CRM systems, and sales technology platforms
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, identify opportunities, and drive process improvements

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales and revenue operations plans and initiatives to drive efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth
- Lead and manage the sales operations team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
- Define and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent execution and alignment with business objectives
- Optimize the sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to accurately forecast sales revenue, identify trends and drive effective resource allocation
- Collaborate with the CRO to develop sales quotas, incentive programs, and compensation plans that drive sales performance and align with business goals
- Establish and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights and real-time visibility into sales performance and key metrics
- Drive the implementation and optimization of sales & marketing technology tools, such as CRM systems, sales analytics software, intent based ABM and sales enablement platforms
- Develop and execute sales analytics and data-driven strategies to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales performance
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure effective lead management processes, lead scoring, and alignment between marketing and sales activities. Create effective dashboards to be utilized in monthly Pipeline Council meetings
- Foster collaboration and alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive coordinated and cohesive operations
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to sales operations, and proactively recommend improvements and enhancements
- Lead change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts to increase sales efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to sales leadership on sales performance, revenue forecasting, and growth opportunities
- Conduct all business in accordance with Intradiemβs development and security policies and procedures
- All other duties as assigned
