Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in navigating large, complex and global organizations
- Experience building new partnership sales motions from the ground up
- Successful track record of building and executing on a global strategy to include Channel, Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, Partners and Customers, and own outreach
- MSP relationships across the globe
- Conceptual understanding of security and IT solutions such as endpoint agents, vulnerability scanners, CMDB, SIEM, Active Directory, Firewalls, Cloud, and SaaS
- Proven track record of strong communication skills and follow up
- 10+ years experience in a partner/customer-facing role
- Experience working across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with both internal staff and external clients
- Able to travel within the US, with occasional international travel

Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow Axonius’ MSP program
- Meet and exceed quota by building key objectives through a well-rounded strategy
- Build/manage MSP related motions like Assessment Programs
- Engage reactively with Alliances
- Work closely with MSPs, MSSPS, and MDRs with an emphasis on MSPs
- Create a strategy to focus on numerous organizations covering MSP categories to be successful
- Qualify and prioritize partnerships based upon ROI and Need
- Navigate technical conversations to plan and execute on value-added Demo and Lab activities with your Sales Engineer
- Manage Salesforce hygiene activities, including frequent chatter posts on partnership updates, meetings held and events attended
