Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience in the healthcare or biotech industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams and achieving aggressive revenue targets in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a passion for mentoring and developing talent
- Ability to craft and execute a long-term vision for sales while delivering on immediate goals
- Deep understanding of healthcare markets, including provider networks, payer systems, and regulatory landscapes
- Strong proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to drive sales performance and decision-making

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for healthcare sales, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities
- Roll up your sleeves and convert key accounts while building out the larger strategy and team
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Create and execute tactical sales plans to drive market penetration, client acquisition, and revenue growth in the healthcare sector
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the companyβs footprint within healthcare networks, providers, and systems
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, executives, and industry partners, to establish trust and drive adoption of our solutions
- Develop and monitor sales KPIs, providing data-driven insights and reporting to inform decision-making and improve outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure sales alignment with broader company objectives and customer needs
