Summary

The Director of Implementation Services, Accounting at Restaurant365 will lead the team responsible for deploying accounting software solutions to restaurant clients. The role involves refining implementation methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects, and ensuring client satisfaction. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with 8+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or consulting, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or consulting, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams and complex projects
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and restaurant operations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with restaurant management software, ERP systems, or cloud-based accounting solutions
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of managers and implementation specialists
• Refine and innovate implementation methodologies and best practices
• Partner with sales, product management, and customer success teams
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects
• Serve as the escalation point for complex implementation challenges
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Monitor and analyze implementation metrics
• Stay abreast of industry trends, accounting practices, and restaurant operations
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of training materials and documentation
• Participate in pre-sales activities as needed
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
• Collaborate with the product development team, providing actionable feedback
