Summary

Join Outreach as their Director of IT, leading a team of IT professionals and overseeing internal IT systems, infrastructure, and operations. Requirements

  • Experience and aptitude in managing IT as part of a business strategy
  • 5+ years of Enterprise Application management experience with responsibility for back and front office infrastructure including marketing, sales, customer support, finance, HR and operations
  • 5+ years of IT team leadership experience
  • Track record of scaling company business services for fast growth across multiple locations
  • Detailed knowledge of IT operations processes and technology (i.e. Windows, Mac, servers, storage, networking, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise SaaS offerings including the Office 365 ecosystem, Google Workspace, Okta, Jira, Zoom, and Slack
  • Experience leading globally dispersed and multi-office customer service delivery teams
  • Excellent technical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Outstanding internal customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company’s business goals
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive growth and productivity
  • Oversee Outreach’s internal Enterprise Cloud Application Portfolio working to ensure appropriate availability and operability of the systems
  • Lead IT operations for all Outreach locations, ensuring superior employee experience as measured by user satisfaction surveys and internal SLAs
  • Effectively manage IT-oriented projects organizing business requirements, timelines and scope, and timely delivery based on established milestones
  • Manage the inventory of Outreach’s IT assets, ensuring budget compliance, and best practice
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding the effectiveness and progress of business systems and enterprise applications, as well as IT projects and performance
  • Efficiently manage Outreach’s global IT budget, anticipating for company growth as required
