Requirements

• Proven track record of technology leadership role in platform scale software development
• Experience in leading a distributed team across time-zones and regions
• Strong experience in system design and technical architecture for platform solutions
• Comprehensive understanding of web and mobile software engineering, systems design, and project management
• Demonstrated experience in advising and supporting clients as they undergo digital transformation
• Sound stakeholder management abilities; able to build trust and align stakeholders across teams, levels and technical ability
• Keen strategic insight at the executive level, ensuring technical solutions align with business goals
• Experience in identifying and managing a wide array of risks, including technical, staffing, scoping, and client relationship risks
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to foster trust and build a collaborative relationship with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Proven ability to mentor team members and foster a high-performance culture in large multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to continuously improve delivery velocity by actively embracing automation and process optimization

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and nurture relationships with stakeholders within client organizations
• Identify and nurture growth opportunities within projects, delivering business value for both the client and our organization
• Position our consultancy as a leader in delivering transformative technical solutions
• Oversee and guide the work of software engineers and technical team members, ensuring punctual and high-quality delivery
• Define and manage the high-level platform architecture and technology stack with a specific eye for scalable solutions
• Develop expertise within the team in delivering cutting-edge solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals
• Manage and scale multiple delivery squads/pods, ensuring that deadlines are met and dependencies are properly managed
• Identify, prevent, and mitigate risks that might impact the success of the engagement
