Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with a focus on large enterprise accounts

  • Strong collaboration skills with experience aligning marketing and enterprise sales teams
  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience using marketing automation and CRM tools, especially HubSpot
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive demand generation strategies targeting large enterprise accounts in the P&C industry
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to ensure marketing efforts directly support pipeline growth and enterprise revenue targets
  • Oversee the execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, content marketing, paid media, conferences) tailored for enterprise decision-makers
  • Partner with product marketing to develop compelling value propositions and messaging for key enterprise segments
  • Leverage data-driven insights to refine marketing tactics, optimize conversion rates, and scale successful programs
  • Foster close collaboration with enterprise sales teams to support pipeline acceleration and account engagement
  • Implement lead scoring, nurturing programs, and handoff processes to ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales
  • Provide marketing support for strategic sales initiatives, including RFP responses and enterprise-level presentations
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of demand generation initiatives
  • Deliver regular reporting on campaign performance, pipeline influence, and ROI to executive leadership
  • Use data insights to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic adjustments
