Summary
Join Valimail, a fast-growing leader in Email Authentication as a Service, as their Demand Generation Director. You will own and drive pipeline growth, converting leads into revenue. This critical role involves designing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy using various marketing channels. You will oversee the digital ad agency, collaborate with the SDR team, and ensure marketing aligns with sales targets. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on marketing leader with extensive experience in enterprise marketing tactics and ABM programs. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
- Proven ability to develop and execute demand generation strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Hands-on approach with the ability to both strategize and execute
- Expertise in Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, or similar)
- Strong understanding of ABX and account-based marketing tactics to engage target accounts effectively
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of optimizing campaigns based on analytics, KPIs, and funnel performance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Responsibilities
- Own and execute Valimailβs demand generation strategy, focusing on capturing, nurturing, and converting leads into pipeline
- Develop a robust email marketing strategy in Marketo to drive engagement and conversion
- Design and manage an ABX strategy in close collaboration with the SDR team to target key accounts effectively
- Oversee the creation of data-driven, multichannel campaigns (email, paid media, social media, SEO, events, partnerships) to build pipeline and accelerated deals through the funnel
- Lead event marketing strategy, including local industry events, ensuring alignment with overall demand generation goals
- Create and optimize landing pages and lead capture forms to drive conversions
- Develop processes for seamless lead handoff, tracking, and feedback loops to optimize campaign performance
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaign effectiveness and report on key demand generation metrics to senior leadership in partnership with our Revenue Operations team
- Align with sales to ensure marketing-driven pipeline meets revenue targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity or a highly regulated industry
- Previous experience running regional or field marketing programs
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft) and intent data tools
Benefits
- Competitive pay + participation in employee stock option plan. The anticipated pay range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000 and will also include variable compensation between $25,000 - $35,000. Actual title and compensation commensurate to experience
