Requirements

  • Marketing degree, or business experience in B2B enterprise marketing
  • 8-12 years of experience in B2B technology marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of the procurement industry is a requirement
  • Strong understanding of AI and autonomous technology is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience with market research and data analysis
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product and segment marketing strategies
  • Play a key role in determining ICP, target audiences, key themes, and campaign strategy
  • Create compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Pactum’s solutions
  • Craft persuasive content to communicate product benefits and features
  • Be the bridge between product and sales
  • Own planning and execution of product launches. 
  • Orchestrate a metrics-focused approach to generating pipeline
  • Use a combination of inbound and outbound techniques, with diligent tracking and follow-up on all pipeline channels
  • Market to and with strategic partners
  • Own the overall pipeline generation approach and target across inbound, SDR’s, AE’s, Alliances, and Customer Expansion
  • Use ABM strategies to target the right personas within our ICP
  • Continue to increase mindshare for Pactum and autonomous negotiation
  • Manage website and all messaging within it
  • Own PR, internal and external communications
  • Lead a content engine, leveraging internal and external stakeholders
  • Sales Enablement: Providing training and education to our sales team on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) personas and product marketing strategies.
