Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through designing, developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in developing and leading demand generation and generating qualified lead and opportunities that contributed to overall sales growth
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
  • Experience in developing content management processes and account-based marketing strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and challenges for the business
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to keep the company at the forefront of innovation
