Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success or a similar role within the tech or insurance industry, with a minimum of 4+ years in a leadership position
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong client management relationship skills with a proven track record of success
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing strategies aligned with business goals
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence senior leadership
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and generate insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture
- Open to travel
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision and strategic direction of Account Management in the Southeast region, ensuring its evolution aligns with Sidecar Healthβs goals
- Own and exceed retention goals, ensuring long-term success and client satisfaction
- Oversee hiring, training, evaluation, and retention of employees within Account Management department
- Develop and implement long-term strategies and best practices to shape the future of Account Management
- Provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight in launching new markets
- Coach and develop the Account Management team to achieve defined metrics and foster a high-performance culture
- Ensure the highest level of service to group members and brokers by monitoring and improving service delivery
- Track key business performance metrics to drive business results and present them to the Leadership Team
- Continuously improve tools, technology, and processes to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness
