• Proven experience as a growth hacker, with a solid track record in outbound demand generation
• Exceptional analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of your strategies and adapt quickly
• Creative problem-solver who can think outside the box to overcome obstacles and capitalize on opportunities
• Proficient in design and development, able to craft engaging customer experiences that resonate and convert
• Strong leadership and collaboration qualities can rally teams and resources around shared goals
• Excellent communication skills, adept at articulating complex concepts and aligning team efforts

Responsibilities

• Drive 20% of Ada’s total pipeline by setting a robust foundation for sustained growth
• Develop and execute innovative LLM-driven marketing strategies that significantly increase outbound demand
• Transform new pipeline opportunities into successful customer acquisitions, contributing directly to our pipeline goal
• Identify and implement measures to overcome the current challenges in outbound demand generation
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation, ensuring Ada remains at the forefront of the AI industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a startup or a fast-paced environment focused on AI technologies
• Familiarity with Ada’s products and the customer service automation landscape
• A network of potential leads or partners within the AI and tech community
