Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or industry certifications (CRP, GMS, CHPA) a plus
  • 7–10 years of progressive business development experience in corporate housing, mobility, hospitality, or a related sector
  • Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals and grow strategic accounts
  • Experience mentoring and leading sales teams
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Salesforce; Oscar experience a plus
  • Willingness to travel to client meetings and industry events as needed
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute strategic sales plans that align with company growth goals
  • Lead high-level negotiations with major clients and strategic partners
  • Drive new business development through 100+ outreach activities and 5+ client appointments per month
  • Secure a minimum of 6 new accounts per quarter
  • Coach and mentor Business Development Managers and team members
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes and support scalable growth
  • Represent Furnished Quarters at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and lead sales pipeline initiatives
  • Consistently deliver on revenue goals and KPI targets
