Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles within the luxury travel and group/mass business segments
  • Strong understanding of the United States travel market, with experience in promoting destination-based travel services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently and remotely while delivering against targets
  • Willingness to travel for tradeshows, events, and client meetings as required
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Turkish or other languages is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence in the United States and Canada
  • Identify target markets, key accounts, and industry segments to maximize business opportunities and revenue growth
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including hotels, airlines, tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients
  • Negotiate and establish favorable terms and agreements with partners to enhance service offerings and competitiveness in the market
  • Lead sales efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts in both luxury and group/mass business segments
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and meetings with key and prospect contacts to promote services and secure business opportunities
  • Represent the companies at industry tradeshows, conferences, and events to showcase services, network with potential clients, and stay updated on industry trends
  • Organize and coordinate participation in events, including logistics, marketing materials, and promotional activities
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess business performance and inform strategic decision-making
