Director of Clinical Learning & Operations

Summary

Join Midi Health as their Director of Clinical Learning & Operations and lead the scaling of a world-class training program for a rapidly growing virtual care company focused on women's health. You will design onboarding, residency, and continuous learning programs for a distributed provider team, improving care quality and provider satisfaction through modern, tech-enabled education. This role directly supports growth and retention by building effective onboarding and residency programs for Nurse Practitioners, driving provider satisfaction and quality through engaging education, equipping clinicians with the tools to confidently use the company's platform and AI tools, and enhancing patient outcomes through improved training and systems learning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical education and digital health, an advanced clinical degree, and a strong understanding of EHRs and provider workflow training. The position offers a unique opportunity to build from scratch in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years leading clinical education or learning strategy at a director level
• Deep experience in digital health, virtual care, or telemedicine
• Advanced degree (e.g., MSN, DNP, MD, EdD)- MUST have a clinical background providing care in the past
• Strong grasp of EHRs (Athena preferred) & provider workflow training
• Skilled in curriculum design, onboarding, and CE/CME development

Responsibilities
