Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a leadership role within a consulting services organization, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic thinking
  • A track record of inspiring and leading teams to success
  • A deep understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies, with a track record of successfully implementing solutions and delivering value to clients
  • A customer-centric approach, with the ability to understand client challenges and align solutions with their business objectives
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
  • The ability to think strategically and set a clear vision for the consulting services division
  • The ability to identify growth opportunities and driving the strategic direction of the business
  • Strong operational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and project timelines
  • A proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and drive revenue growth
  • A comprehensive understanding of the warehousing and logistics industry, including emerging trends and technologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the strategic vision for the consulting services division, working closely with the executive team to align with the company's overall goals and growth objectives
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, actively participating in the development and execution of consulting projects
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of our services
  • Mentor and guide a team of consultants, fostering their professional growth and expertise
  • Build a high-performing consulting team, setting performance standards, and ensuring the team's success in meeting client needs
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the consulting services division, including project management, resource allocation, and financial performance
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of consulting services
  • Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion within the consulting services portfolio
  • Identify emerging industry trends and adapting our services accordingly
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and excellence in service delivery
  • Implement best practices, quality control measures, and performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and project success
