Summary
Join Visier as the Director of Content Marketing and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing a high-performing content marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy, collaborating with the VP of Communications & Content and other teams. Your focus will be on creating impactful content that resonates with target audiences across all stages of the customer journey. This role requires a strong understanding of content marketing best practices and a proven track record of success in B2B content marketing. You will manage and collaborate with stakeholders, track content KPIs, and stay updated on industry trends. The position offers a competitive salary and bonus.
Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, plus if Enterprise content marketing
- Interest in testing, bold initiatives, and taking risks
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategy aligned with business goals - across multiple audience personas across the buyer and customer journey
- Implement content processes for efficient and effective content creation
- Oversee full-funnel content creation for key personas across various formats and channels
- Effectively manage and collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and the Leadership team
- Write, edit, and oversee Content excellence across a global team, upholding and helping to iterate on our brand guidelines and voice and tone
- Establish, track, and report on content KPIs to demonstrate business impact
- Build relationships with internal and external content partners including our lead researcher, executive thought leaders, and industry analysts and influencers
- Help manage the content budget and resources
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, utilizing the latest technologies and suggesting new ways of working for efficiency and excellence

- The base pay range for this position in the $150k - $220k/year + bonus
