Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or creative field including language arts
• A portfolio of breathtaking digital and Creator creative for leading brands that speaks for itself
• 8+ years of experience leading creative strategy and execution to grow revenue, client relationships, upsell and cross sell revenue streams and elevating relationships
• Work in partnership with LTK’s in-house creative team, marketing, sales, product, operations
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
• Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• A growth mindset and openness to feedback

Responsibilities

• Close deals and grow the business through completely unique interpretations that scale brands in profound ways
• Lead creative strategy with clear messaging, voice and brand tenants
• Achieve significant growth in business through highly effective creative campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and sales through breakthrough messaging that wows customers, consumers and b-to-b prospects into loyalists
• Collaborate and engage across the client organization earning new opportunities for LTK through value-added leadership
• Maintain attention to detail, budgets and timelines
• Master roadmap and optimize effectiveness of key messages
