Requirements
- Have at least 10+ yearsβ proven experience in brand strategy, marketing, or partnerships within the healthcare, wellness, or DTC space for high-growth companies
- Have leadership and team management skills, with at least 5+ years of experience managing multi-layer creative and marketing teams
- Be a PR maven and have expertise with media relations, including managing agencies and executing high-impact campaigns
- Possess a strategic mindset with a business development focus, capable of identifying and securing valuable partnerships
- Be naturally data driven and have the analytical skills to assess customer needs and market trends, ensuring our brand remains competitive and relevant
- Be a storyteller who has excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for brand voice and consistency
- Be authorized to work in the country this requisition states
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing messaging and strategies for both new and existing products, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational teams. This involves meeting tight deadlines and executing category and product launches effectively
- Manage our PR agency to ensure strategic and impactful media placements, crisis communications, and thought leadership initiatives
- Oversee strategic partnerships and business development, identifying and negotiating opportunities that align with our growth objectives
- Oversee our influencer network & engagement strategy partnering with the performance marketing team to drive new patient acquisition and existing patient share of wallet growth
- Lead the Creative and Copy team, ensuring brand messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned across all channels. This includes developing content strategy and integrated campaigns
- Create patient insights & own voice of customer to refine our brand positioning and improve patient engagement. This includes performing analysis on zero and first party data plus site feedback such as NPS, TrustPilot, External Brand Surveys, & Quarterly Patient Surveys
- Organize and manage participation in local events to increase brand visibility and credibility
- Report directly to the VP of Marketing, providing strategic recommendations and insights
Preferred Qualifications
Have experience in start-up environments working with executive leadership on a regular basis
