Join AssistRx as Director, Data Solutions to lead the data team in developing and executing big data solutions. Collaborate with senior leaders to identify solutions, align resources, and oversee the development of data solutions. Lead technical architecture, design, and implementation of data products. Develop and improve usability and test criteria. Manage integration partnerships and align with senior leadership on the data strategy roadmap. Track industry trends, facilitate communications, and lead interactions among teams. Lead client implementation and develop self-service BI solutions. Requirements

• 5-10 years scripting experience with Python, Java, Scala, C++
• 5-10 years’ experience with big data solutions on major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP
• 5-10 years’ experience with structured and unstructured data
• 5-10 years’ experience with API development and management
• Experience with Snowflake and ETL solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture, design and implementation of data products to meet the analytics needs of all stakeholders, both internal and external
• Lead the engineering team to deliver on the data strategy that offers products that are market leading and thoughtful
• Develop and continuously improve usability and test criteria to guide product acceptance
• Identify and manage potential integration partnerships with external applications
• Aligns with senior leadership to manage the data strategy roadmap to satisfy the company's most important initiatives
• Take initiative in tracking, anticipating, and proposing likely data industry trends for the organization to stay ahead of customer needs and requirements
• Facilitate communications throughout the product development lifecycle to all teams
• Initiate and lead interactions among other teams within AssistRx to ensure coordination of development, marketing, and support activities for our products
• Lead the client implementation process including data feeds, document processes, and communicating vendor capabilities to sales, marketing, and others as needed
• Leads several teams to develop best in class high performing, easy-to-use self-service BI solutions
• Leads several concurrent initiatives to help solve complex business challenges we face every day
• Develops a strategic working relationship with cross-functional leaders to align these data solutions to their KPI's, levers, and business goals
• Creates the organizational design to optimally serve multiple stakeholder groups and business objectives
• Builds, leads, and mentors a team of highly talented data professionals
• Prioritizes resources and hiring across multiple areas by balancing short-term needs with longer-term initiatives
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
