Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing and optimizing eCommerce websites for direct-to-consumer brands
  • Demonstrated success in running high-impact testing programs, including A/B and multivariate testing, with measurable improvements in conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value (CLTV)
  • Advanced understanding of website analytics, event tracking, and performance reporting. Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive key business decisions
  • Deep familiarity with Shopify and its ecosystem (e.g., ReCharge, app integrations), front-end development principles, technical SEO, and eCommerce platform operations
  • Strong ability to partner with marketing teams to align website performance with broader acquisition and retention goals, driving measurable improvements in traffic conversion
  • Experience designing and implementing semi-localized experiences to optimize international growth, including managing multi-region strategies for performance and usability
  • Proven ability to hire, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. Experience scaling teams to meet the needs of a growing business
  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles, customer behavior, and product management, with a focus on crafting seamless and engaging customer journeys
  • Ability to clearly articulate strategies, results, and data insights to stakeholders while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a prioritized roadmap for testing and optimization to improve conversion rates and user experience
  • Create and refine high-performing landing pages and funnels, collaborating closely with marketing to align with campaigns
  • Ensure accurate tracking of KPIs like conversion rates, AOV, and funnel performance. Use data to identify opportunities and measure results
  • Establish and scale a high-performing eCommerce team, including CRO, UX/UI, and analytics experts
  • Manage Shopify operations, app integrations, and site maintenance to ensure smooth daily functionality
  • Optimize the website for international audiences, delivering localized experiences
