Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the eCommerce department from the CEO
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing CRO program
• Develop highly optimized funnels and landing pages that drive conversions
• Ensure all data is tracked, analyzed, and acted upon with precision
• Oversee day-to-day website operations, including Shopify management
• Manage product presentation, inventory management, and cross-sell/upsell strategies
