Summary

The job is for a Director of Family and Clinical Services at RethinkCare, a remote position that provides 1:1 teleconsultation services to parents and caregivers of children with various learning and behavioral needs, as well as neurodivergent professionals. The role involves regular follow-ups, log notes, recommendations, referrals, and responding to client messages within 1 business day.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or above
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Minimum 5 years working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities utilizing modern, ethical, compassionate, and person-centered ABA principles
• Minimum 3 years conducting parent training utilizing ABA and cultural humility principles
• Experience supporting neurodivergent professionals (e.g., ADHD and Level 1 autism) in the workplace

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services for parents and caregivers raising children with various learning and behavioral needs
• Conduct 1:1 teleconsultation services for neurodivergent professionals and/or their managers
• Regular follow-ups with clients are achieved
• Log notes, recommendations, referrals, and respond to client messages within 1 business day
