• Lead and manage special projects that support the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
