Join FNA as the Director of Anti-Fraud Solutions, a fully remote role (with preference for Barcelona, London, or Abu Dhabi), where you will lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge anti-fraud technology. You will spearhead the go-to-market strategy for the National Fraud Portal (NFP) solution, build and manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with various departments. This role requires 15+ years of experience in fraud program strategy and a deep understanding of payment systems and fraud detection technologies. You will champion the client perspective, drive business growth, and leverage your thought leadership to influence industry best practices. Requirements

  • 15+ years experience defining end-to-end fraud program strategy, scoping problems, and designing solutions with internal and external stakeholders (product, engineering, sales) with proven execution
  • Experience representing organisational priorities at conferences and events and producing influential thought leadership content, ideally in a high-growth company
  • Firm understanding of payment systems, fraud detection technologies, and risk management tools with familiarity of emerging trends
  • Fraud expertise and understanding of fraud operations (risk management frameworks/programs, fraud analytics, fraud risk and controls, fraud detection operations, fraud analytics, SAR filings, mule detection, and fraud-related laws, rules, regulations, and industry practices)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
  • Experience in remotely managing cross-functional teams and third-party relationships
  • Ability to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

  • Guide the strategic direction of FNA's fraud-fighting technology
  • Establish and lead a high-performing team supporting the company’s NFP solutions
  • Plan and build Client Success and Delivery functions
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Lead to shape the NFP Product Development Roadmap
  • Ensure the NFP Product Development Roadmap meets market needs and exceeds client expectations
  • Drive business growth by working alongside the Sales team to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Leverage expertise as a subject matter expert to support the sales pipeline
  • Participate in client roundtables and speaking engagements
  • Partner with Marketing to develop engaging content (articles, whitepapers, videos) and execute impactful campaigns
