UX Designer

Summary

Join Experian's UX Design team as a Product Designer to craft user-centered digital experiences for consumer-facing financial products. Collaborate with various teams to design and refine responsive websites and native apps. Lead large-scale UX projects, ensuring consistency and usability across Experian's digital ecosystem. Create user-centered design assets based on research and testing. This remote position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years of UX/UI design experience. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in UX, Visual Design, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI and digital product design with a responsive design portfolio
• Proficient in Figma, Jira, and modern design tools; experienced in Agile environments and design systems
• Experience with translating research and requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale UX projects, improving design processes and delivering high-quality experiences through team collaboration and feedback
• Design across web and mobile platforms to ensure consistency, engagement, and usability across Experian's digital ecosystem
• Partner with teams to define product requirements and align design strategies with team goals
• Create user-centered design assets (journeys, wireframes, prototypes) informed by research, usability testing, and iterative feedback
