Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with some in the semiconductor or related hardware industry
  • Proven experience in strategic workforce planning and change management
  • Exceptional leadership interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels
  • Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics to inform decisions
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the companyโ€™s technical and commercial goals
  • Partner with the executive team to shape organizational culture and workforce planning
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent in the AI/semiconductor sector
  • Oversee recruitment to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Lead performance management processes to drive accountability and high performance
  • Implement leadership development and employee training programs tailored to industry-specific needs
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters
  • Manage HR-related risks, including those specific to the semiconductor industry, such as workforce mobility and intellectual property protection
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations globally
  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages to attract top-tier talent
  • Oversee global compensation benchmarking and equity-based programs
  • Manage HR operations, including payroll, HRIS systems, and employee relations
  • Monitor and optimize HR budgets and resources
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to the leadership team
  • Manage annual salary reviews and performance-based bonus plans
