Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, and workforce analytics, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience collaborating with senior level stakeholders in Operations, Procurement, IT, Business Process or internal technology teams
- Experience assessing and implementing multiple HRIS and HR technologies for a 300-1000 employee organization
- Proven track record of driving process automation and efficiency in a scaling organization
- Deep analytical mindset with experience leveraging people data for strategic decision-making
- Demonstrated understanding of HR compliance, visa, data privacy, and reporting requirements
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, efficient HR processes that enhance employee and manager self-service
- Establish governance and operational excellence across HR functions, ensuring compliance and consistency
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and other business leaders to streamline workflows and optimize processes
- Oversee our global immigration and visa processes
- Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization of HR Tech stack including but not limited to HRIS, ATS, Performance Management LMS
- Drive automation efforts to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and the overall employee experience
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for key HR technology platforms
- Develop and maintain a data-driven approach to HR decision-making, leveraging dashboards and workforce analytics
- Deliver insights and recommendations on key workforce trends (e.g., retention, engagement, performance)
- Partner with Finance and leadership on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and compensation analytics
- Oversee a small team of HR Operations professionals, supporting their individual growth while driving business outcomes
- Lead the overarching strategy for Analytics, Technology and Operations partnering closely with the People team and others
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a multi-country, cross cultural ecosystem, US, Canada, UK and Germany experience preferred
Benefits
- The base pay range for this position is $190,000-$225,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus
