Summary
Join Luxury Presence as their Director of IT and lead the scaling of their IT function in a remote-first environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of the internal IT infrastructure while supporting a dynamic, high-growth organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing IT operations in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid setting, particularly with a high number of contractors and moderate employee turnover. This role reports to the CTO and is critical in ensuring the security and productivity of the distributed workforce. You will develop and execute the company's IT strategy, implement security best practices, manage devices and access, establish IT support, optimize collaboration tools, manage incidents, and manage vendors and budgets. Requirements
- 7+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 3 years managing IT in a remote or hybrid work environment
- Strong experience securing and managing SaaS applications like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, and enterprise password management tools
- Proven ability to manage IT operations in environments with high contractor use and moderate turnover
- Experience implementing security frameworks and compliance best practices for device management and access control
- Strong understanding of endpoint security, device provisioning, and deprovisioning in a remote-first workforce
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and mobile device management (MDM)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to implement scalable IT solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, HR, security, and business teams
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the companyβs IT strategy to support a high-performance, remote-first workforce
- Implement and maintain security best practices for personal computers, SaaS tools (e.g., Gmail, Slack, Notion), and corporate infrastructure to protect company data and systems
- Oversee the provisioning, deprovisioning, and management of laptops, software licenses, and access permissions for full-time employees and contractors
- Establish and scale IT support operations to ensure a seamless experience for employees and contractors across multiple geographies
- Optimize the use of core collaboration tools and recommend enhancements that improve productivity and security
- Develop and manage IT incident response protocols to address and mitigate system outages, security threats, and operational disruptions
- Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers while maintaining an efficient IT budget
- Continuously evaluate and enhance IT policies, procedures, and documentation to align with evolving business needs and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SOC 2 compliance or other security frameworks
- Familiarity with AI-driven IT automation tools
- Knowledge of real estate or SaaS industries
Benefits

- $185,000 - $215,000 a year
- 185-215k (10% annual bonus)
