Summary

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or relevant field required
- 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in managing large, complex IT organizations
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to lead, coach and provide direction to individuals in the department
- Ability to develop and execute IT strategies that align with business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize initiative and deliver projects on timea d within scope
- Expertise across multiple IT domains, including project management, software development, cloud infrastructure, network and systems administration
- In depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks and best practices
- Proven ability to lead and implement AI driven solutions and data analytics platforms
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
- A passion for how technology can augment human potential and drive business success
Responsibilities
- Lead PMs to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives
- Implement and refine project management methodologies to optimize resource allocation and project success rates
- Champion the exploration, development, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to enhance business processes, improve decision-making, and create new value propositions
- Drive AI literacy and adoption across the organization
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of business-critical software and applications, from selection and implementation to maintenance, upgrades, and vendor management
- Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our application landscape
- Develop and manage a robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure strategy (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Oversee cloud operations, cost optimization, and the migration of on-premise systems where appropriate
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of all corporate networks, servers, storage, and related infrastructure
- Implement best practices for network architecture, system administration, and disaster recovery
- Develop and enforce a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect company data, intellectual property, and IT assets from internal and external threats
- Oversee incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance with relevant security regulations
- Drive the strategy for data governance, data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics
- Foster a data-driven culture by ensuring data is accessible, accurate, and actionable, leading to improved insights and business outcomes
- Integrate disparate data sources to provide a holistic view of the business
- Develop and implement a long-term IT vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with the business goals and philosophy of enhancing human capabilities through technology
- Identify problems, evaluate trends and collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate organizational needs and ensure IT initiatives deliver tangible value
- Direct the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new technologies, ensuring they align with the overall IT architecture and business strategy
- Oversee vendor relationships and ensure cost-efficient contracts
- Oversee the IT department’s annual budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and strategic investment in technology
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures and best practices and oversee risk management
- Effectively communicate with internal and external entities working diligently to resolve issues
- Promote company culture through leadership behavior
- Operate with a high level of urgency and maximize productivity and profitability
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train management-level staff in the department
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department
- Perform constructive and timely quarterly conversations
- Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
- Perform other duties as assigned
