Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Proven experience in a technology leadership role within a larger restaurant business
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and the unique technology needs of multi-unit operations
  • Experience with software development, IT services management, and technical support
  • Experience with low code/no code development platforms is highly desirable
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives
  • Oversee the implementation of new technologies and ensure they integrate seamlessly with existing systems
  • Lead the Support function, ensuring efficient and effective technical support for all restaurant locations
  • Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Oversee and manage Fresh Support and its leadership team
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of software tools and platforms, including Tools and R365
  • Lead the development of a low code/no code custom SaaS solution to replace our legacy software system as needed
  • Ensure the software solutions meet the operational needs of the restaurant concepts and enhance overall efficiency
  • Manage IT services, including network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems across all locations
  • Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data
  • Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring professional development and growth
  • Work closely with executive leadership, restaurant operating partners, Fresh Board members, and other stakeholders to understand their technology needs and challenges
