Responsibilities
- Lead a small Internal Tech group focused on automation, integrity, and transparency
- Guide and enable multiple teams
- Foster technical excellence and first-principles thinking
- Support ambitious, senior teams in creating a world-class tech experience
- Support new team leads in developing high-performing technical teams and strategies
- Provide support and guidance, knowing when to step back and let others shine
- Align work with TechOps operating principles (Transparency by default, Humans are our most precious asset, First principles first, Immediate solves, eventual growth)
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience with a similar software stack (Macbook fleet managed by Kandji, Windows on Intune, Okta for IAM, Google Workspace, Okta Workflows, open APIs, Juniper Mist, Slack, Notion, Miro)
- Possess a good understanding of what you want to learn next and why
