Summary

Join AccelByte, a top player in the gaming industry, as a Fractional CMO / Director of Marketing for a 6-month contract-to-hire role. This 'player-coach' will partner with the CRO to define and scale marketing strategy, develop a comprehensive marketing plan, lead a high-performing team, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive Marketing Strategy inclusive of Web, Social, Events, Product, and Partner marketing that will drive awareness, opportunity pipeline growth, and adoption
• Own and manage the entire marketing lifecycle and budget preparing regular reports and forecasts to assess the team's performance and present marketing insights to the executive team to help strategic decision-making
• Lead a high-performing event, product, and digital marketing team scaling through a 3rd party full-service agency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customer & partner marketing teams and act as the primary point of contact to deliver case studies and drive joint co-marketing activities
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and potential risks. Use market insights to refine marketing strategies and approaches
• Establish daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets to establish a guideline that enables measurement of individual and group performance
• Cultivate an environment where team members are empowered and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and belonging
• Conduct 1:1’s with team members on a regular basis and give frequent, actionable feedback to support the team’s career growth
• Work with cross-functional teams across global time zones to ensure tight collaboration
