Requirements
- 8+ years in operations, business management, or project leadership
- 5+ years experience managing cross-functional remote teams
- Proven track record supporting online/digital businesses or agencies
- Fluent in written and spoken English; strong communication and leadership presence
- Capable of hosting and leading Zoom-based meetings and updates
- High proficiency in modern digital tools (Zapier, Slack, ClickUp, Airtable, Google Workspace)
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution Translate company goals into quarterly execution plans and measurable KPIs
- Lead business reviews, performance dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on long-term strategy and resource allocation
- Operational Oversight Build, document, and maintain SOPs across departments and systems
- Implement scalable operations for both client-facing and internal teams
- Lead project management using tools like ClickUp, Airtable, or Trello
- Team Management & Delegation Assign tasks, track deadlines, and hold team members accountable for deliverables
- Host weekly Zoom meetings and manage daily asynchronous communications
- Ensure all team members are aligned and performance is tracked consistently
- Technology & Automation Manage tools including Skool, ClickFunnels, ConvertKit, Google Suite, Zapier
- Optimize internal workflows and identify areas for automation
- Oversee CRM systems, data tracking, and customer experience systems
- Financial & Reporting Oversight Track revenue and expenses across digital products and real estate transactions
- Provide regular operational reporting and insights to leadership
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures
- Compliance & Admin Ensure digital contracts, policies, affiliate agreements, and client documents are current
- Maintain organized digital infrastructure for client data, SOPs, and vendor relations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in credit, finance, education, or real estate sectors is highly preferred
