Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience managing the entire relationship lifecycle for partners post-initial in-network contract
  • Comfortable with sales targets
  • An intricate understanding of navigating Payer organizations, sales cycles, lines of business (Commercial, MA, MC, TPA), and experience in how a payer functions
  • Account planning experience
  • Creative problem-solving for a customerโ€™s challenges and opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Promote and advocate for the company's innovative approach to mental healthcare
  • Build trust with partners (e.g., Payers, Health Systems) to improve mental health access and engagement for their members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sold point solutions to payers (Commercial, MA, MC, TPA). Experience selling EAP or Behavioral Health solutions is preferred
  • Worked in sales/account management within a payer selling into employer or government programs (MC/MA) markets
  • Sold health benefits into the employer market, including health plans, EAP, and/or Behavioral health solutions
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Consulting or similar role where you were a strategic thought partner to clients delivering market insights, simplifying and structuring problems in a logical framework, testing innovative solutions to known and unknown problems, and creating persuasive narratives that turn insights into actions
