Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management with a strong focus on product led growth, having launched self serve subscription products, and familiarity with high-growth, scaling companies
  • Strong experience scaling products that rely on high volume PLG (Product Led Growth) motions
  • Instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences and expert knowledge of product design and development processes
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue impact through increased product activation, engagement and retention
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at data analysis and optimization, with a mastery of data engagement tools like Amplitude, Data Studio, Google Analytics, Etc
  • Experience with experimentation techniques, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and iterative hypothesis-driven product development with tools like LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, PostHog, Etc
  • Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and software developers. Familiar with driving alignment among a broad set of stakeholders
  • Strong ownership mentality, with a bias towards action, willingness to roll up sleeves, solve problems, and delight users. Obsession with building delightful products emphasizing user experience
  • Candidates must be based in the United States and possess valid work authorization

Responsibilities

  • Work with leadership to drive product vision and strategy, and build alignment across teams, cross-functional partners, and leadership team
  • Drive product features & improvements through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas
  • Partner with product designers & engineers to ensure a empowering and delightful user experience in the product
  • Perform experiment analysis on features and find opportunities for optimization that better key performance indicator(s) which drive user growth and engagement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Psychology, or equivalent
  • Excitement about using AI and ML to deliver best in class product experiences
