Summary

Join our team as a Senior Director, Product Operations & Strategy, reporting to the SVP, Product. This pivotal role drives product strategy, optimizes operations, and ensures seamless execution of product innovations. You will own pricing and packaging, manage product development tools, and work cross-functionally with product and GTM teams. The position requires aligning teams on strategy, identifying market opportunities, and building a multi-year roadmap with a revenue-driven approach. Remote work within the US (West Coast preferred) is available. The role involves building a high-performing team and supporting M&A due diligence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience in Corporate Strategy, Product Strategy, Operations or Product Management
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, application and systems management solutions, pricing & packing
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and market dynamics
  • Expertise in product operations tools and best practices
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience working broadly across product teams and functions such as Sales, Support, and Marketing and Finance to understand drivers of performance and collaborate on business optimization
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical / critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

  • Align GTM and Product teams to deliver on long term product strategy and track execution across teams in monthly and quarterly cadence
  • Drive annual planning and budgeting to support the product strategy
  • Define and execute scalable processes for product planning, release management and delivery, for teams to deliver innovations with speed and agility
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and team efficiency
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and execution plans
  • Ensure that customer insights are integral to product operations, guiding design, development, and go-to-market strategies
  • Foster operational excellence & rigor in product teams, empowering them to work quickly, efficiently, and flexibly
  • Own and manage the new product introduction processes and updates to pricing & packaging, in collaboration with GTM, Finance and IT
  • Oversee and procure tools for product development and optimizing product operations, including managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations
  • Deliver key stakeholder status updates on product strategy, execution status and performance metrics, including updates to board members and C-staff
  • Support our due diligence process on mergers & acquisitions
  • Build a high performing product operations team that is skilled at aligning cross functional teams to deliver the best results

Preferred Qualifications
