Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in content strategy, creation, and management, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Prior experience in delivering “ready-for-air” content on a linear or digital network
• Familiarity with live broadcast production workflows
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee content development for Genius Sports award-winning augmentation pipeline and content delivery to its various partners, which includes leagues, teams and media
• Leverage emerging technologies to innovate the sports broadcast viewing experience
• Collaborate with various engineering groups, with domains including computer vision and machine learning, to help prioritize work efforts, feature and roadmap development
• Manage product roadmap, accounting for company initiatives, client feedback, and market opportunity
• Assist with asset development in support of internal/external communications, marketing, business development and sales enablement
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary content team including editors, designers, and videographers
• Stay informed on market trends, competitive products, and industry advancements to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and relevant
