Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as their Director of Revenue Analytics in SΓ£o Paulo. Lead the business analytics function, transforming data usage to drive strategic outcomes within the Revenue organization. Report to the Senior Director of Sales Operations and Analytics, evolving analytics from reactive reporting to proactive insights. Build advanced analytical frameworks, champion data-driven decisions, and directly influence growth. Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Revenue Analytics, aligning with broader Revenue Organization goals. Translate complex findings into compelling narratives influencing executive decisions. Lead and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee critical analytical initiatives, including improving sales forecasting, developing CLTV models, optimizing pricing, designing client tiering, establishing key performance metrics, conducting market segmentation, and analyzing client matrices. Collaborate cross-functionally with Global analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
Requirements
- At least 4-5 years in a leadership role, managing and mentoring analytical teams, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS, B2B, or tech company environment
- Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities with a proven ability to identify key business problems, frame them into analytical questions, and deliver actionable solutions
- Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue funnels, and key revenue metrics (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates, ARR/MRR, churn, CLTV)
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Prior experience in strategic revenue analytics leadership, advanced sales forecasting and customer lifecycle modeling , and cross-functional collaboration with global teams
- High English fluency to effectively communicate complex insights to diverse stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Revenue Analytics function, aligning closely with the broader Revenue Organization's goals and challenging existing norms to uncover new opportunities
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that influence executive-level decisions and drive business action
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and intellectual curiosity
- Oversee and drive critical analytical initiatives, including:Improving sales forecasting accuracy and predictability. Developing sophisticated customer lifetime value (CLTV) models and churn prediction analyses.Optimizing pricing strategies through data-driven insights.Designing and implementing intelligent client tiering and comprehensive book of business views.Establishing and refining key performance metrics for sales, client success, and overall revenue performance.Conducting in-depth market segmentation and identifying growth opportunities.Analyzing existing client matrices to uncover expansion and retention drivers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Global analytics, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure data quality and consistency and integrated insights
