Summary

Adonis is a company focused on automating and improving revenue cycle management processes for medical providers. The RCM team leader will be responsible for leading service delivery, building relationships with clients, developing innovative ways to improve service delivery, identifying trends in customer needs, managing and forging relationships with BPOs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing productivity of the RCM team. They will also oversee 5-7 Medical Billing Managers and approximately 20 indirect staff.

Requirements

  • Known for your ability to scale operations and organizations to ensure best-in-class results
  • Self-starter with a background in revenue cycle management; additional experience in project management or process/operations is preferred
  • Executive presence and comfort interfacing directly with senior client stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to project manage and facilitate group meetings
  • Passionate about solving problems, and are creative in your approach to achieve best-in-class outcomes
  • Comfortable wearing many hats and doing whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Demonstrated portfolio project management experience with the ability to envision process improvements and guide them to execution
  • Enjoy working cross-functionally to learn about the entire product suite and partnering with colleagues to drive improvements in both customer experience and the efficiency of operations
  • A leader dedicated to providing support and opportunity to their direct and indirect reports

Responsibilities

  • Lead RCM service delivery, ensuring consistent and effective delivery of billing services for Adonis clients
  • Build, maintain and improve relationships with the current customer base and ensure clients are satisfied with their RCM services
  • Develop innovative ways to improve service delivery, creating efficiencies that keep strong customer outcomes as the top priority
  • Identify trends in customer needs and support your team in the expansion of Adonis services within each account
  • Manage and forge relationships with BPOs and delivery partners to augment current delivery models
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and HIPAA privacy and security regulations as well as with terms of customer contracts
  • Lead RCM team to optimize productivity and output
  • Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Plan, implement, evaluate, and administer all RCM strategies and processes, including claims submission, payment posting, denial management, accounts receivable collections, and reporting
  • Track and refine RCM and client KPIs including client temperature, SLAs, and more
  • Assist team in the analysis of client billing performance and support team in providing internal/external recommendations to ensure clients are on track to meet their goals
  • Monitor, respond to, and communicate changes in billing requirements, regulations, and reimbursement rates
