Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing product teams, and serving as a leader of their product craft
Responsibilities
- Lead the Renter product pillar team in developing and executing a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market trends
- Represent the product organization in strong partnership with the head of engineering, head of design, and operations teams to define and deliver the product roadmap and other strategic initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including design, user research, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives
- Ensure a culture of strong accountability across the product org, emphasizing transparency in team initiatives and deliverables, with a keen focus on follow-through and meeting commitments
- Ensure that the product team maintains a customer-centric approach, understanding and addressing customers, users, and business needs
