Director of Solution Architecture

Summary

Join our team as a Director of Solution Architecture and lead a team of highly skilled Solution Architects and Engineers in deploying and optimizing solutions across various enterprise environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software and/or solution engineering, with a strong background in solution architecture
• 3+ years of experience managing a team of Solution Architects or similar technical teams
• 5+ years of experience in a large-scale IT environment, preferably within a major business or government enterprise
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of highly skilled Solution Architects and Engineers
• Guide the team in deploying and optimizing our solutions across a variety of enterprise environments
• Leverage your extensive background in solution architecture and experience in managing technical teams to drive success in complex, large-scale projects
• Manage and directly work with some of our largest key accounts, ensuring they receive the best solutions and services from our team
• Strategic planning, resource allocation, and ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence while maintaining the technical acumen and the ability to dive into hands-on work for prototyping solutions, providing guidance, mentoring, and motivating the team, or reviewing team members’ suggested solutions
