The position requires a strategic and operational mindset, enabling you to develop regional strategies while actively building the playbook. A deep understanding of the partner-to-customer value chain and the ability to navigate multi-country dynamics in EMEA and the UK are essential. Requirements
- 8+ years in strategic alliances, partnerships, or channel sales in B2B SaaS
- Deep experience working with consulting or advisory firms in EMEA & UK (e.g., Big 4, global system integrators, boutique GRC firms)
- Proven ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders at partner organizations and influence outcomes across complex environments
- Think long-term but execute with urgency. You can design and drive regional partner strategies while rolling up your sleeves to build the playbook
- Deeply understand the value chain from partner to customer and prioritize outcomes that deliver mutual success
- Fluent in navigating multi-country dynamics across EMEA and the UK, with an appreciation for cultural and business nuance
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the regional partner strategy for EMEA & UK across consulting, advisory, MSPs, and GRC technology partners
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners aligned with our go-to-market motion
- Build business plans with partners to drive joint pipeline generation and co-selling activities
- Serve as the trusted advisor to your portfolio of strategic alliances—helping them build profitable, repeatable services around Hyperproof
- Enable partners with the tools, content, training, and support to drive adoption and customer success
- Set and exceed revenue and pipeline targets for your partner accounts
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Legal teams to align partner strategy with company priorities
- Influence product roadmap and enablement programs based on partner feedback and regional needs
- Represent Hyperproof at key partner events, forums, and thought leadership opportunities across EMEA and the UK
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or compliance software
- Familiarity with partnership platforms like Crossbeam, PRM systems, or co-marketing tools
- Business-level fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
- Based in EMEA and comfortable with moderate travel
